Legal
Restricted businesses

Every business account tells us what it sells when it verifies, and we review it before the account is verified. This page explains which businesses can use Payclio, which need our approval first, and which we cannot support.

Good to know
- Our banking and card partners have their own rules, so this list can change. We update this page when it does.
- If what you sell changes, tell us before you start selling it. A business that moves into a category above may have its account limited or closed.
- If we find a business selling something on this list, we can pause payments, hold funds while we review, or close the account, as set out in our Terms.
Not sure if your business is supported? Write to hello@payclio.com before you apply and tell us what you sell.
